We stand behind everything we create. If a product doesn't work for you within 14 days of purchase, we want to make it right.


14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund.

No lengthy explanations required. No hoops to jump through. Just reach out, tell us it wasn't the right fit, and we'll process your refund promptly.

We offer this guarantee because we are confident in the quality of every guide, kit, and workbook we create — and because we believe you should never feel trapped by a purchase that didn't serve you.


How to Request a Refund

Step 1. Email us at warmkindsupport@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase date.

Step 2. Include your order number and let us know the product wasn't right for you. You don't need to justify your reason.

Step 3. We'll confirm your refund within 48 hours and process it back to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

That's it. No back and forth. No waiting.


What Falls Outside the 14-Day Window

Requests made more than 14 days after the original purchase date fall outside our refund window and cannot be processed.

If you're unsure whether your request falls within the window, reach out anyway we'll always check and let you know honestly.


Technical Issues — Always Covered

Regardless of the 14-day window, we will always resolve the following:

  • File not received. If your download link didn't arrive, contact us and we'll resend it immediately.
  • Corrupted or unopenable file. If there is a technical fault with the file itself, we'll replace it or refund you in full no time limit.
  • Duplicate charge. If you were charged more than once due to a payment error, we'll refund the extra amount the same day.

Technical faults are our responsibility, full stop. The 14-day window only applies to satisfaction-based requests.


A Note From Us

We know that buying a digital product especially one about something as personal as ADHD, wellbeing, or parenting involves a degree of trust. You can't flip through it before you buy. You're taking our word that it's going to be worth it.

The 14-day guarantee exists because we take that trust seriously. If the product wasn't what you needed, we'd rather refund you and part ways warmly than have you feel short-changed by something we made.

We're a small independent brand. Every message we receive is read and responded to by a real person, and every refund request is handled with care not routed through an automated system or a script.
